How to Order
 
Ordering online is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. To purchase items just visit our Internet store and add the items to your shopping basket. Be sure to specify size, height, color, etc. where necessary.

When you are finished shopping, click the “Checkout” button for easy-to-follow instructions on how to proceed through a safe and secure check out. Note: If you decide NOT to purchase the item(s) in your basket at that time, those items will remain in your shopping basket for 60 minutes.

Return Policy
 
Our return policy period is 30 days. If your order needs to be returned, we will gladly accept your order back within 30 days from the date of shipment. A copy of your packing slip or invoice must be included with the returned merchandise. All returns will be charged a 10% re-stocking fee and exact shipping cost for the order.

Our refund policy period is 30 days. If your order needs to be refunded, we will gladly refund your order within 30 days from the date of shipment. A copy of your packing slip or invoice must be included.

All sales are final for customized products.

The shipping of items for returns or refunds to Prospect Hill Company must be prepaid, be a reliable carrier such as UPS, Airborne, Federal Express or the US Postal Service. Insure the packages if you want to guarantee its safety. We will not accept packages returned to us C.O.D. or Freight Collect.

 Out of Stock Items
Occasionally, high demand causes us to run out of certain products. If we do not have the item that you have ordered in stock, we will notify you right away before we ship your order. We will ask if you would like to replace the item, remove the item from your order or, if possible, place the item on back order until available. Charges for out of stock items that will be removed from your order will be credited to your account and will only appear on your bill if you have agreed to placing the item on back order.
